Refund Policy

1. Digital product

UPSC Complete Study Material is a digital product delivered as downloadable files. Nothing is shipped.

2. When to contact us

Write to gyanboxpage@gmail.com if you face any of these problems:

• You did not receive access to the files.
• A file is corrupted or will not open.
• You were charged more than once.
• The product is materially different from its description.

3. Information to send

• Your full name and the email or phone used at checkout.
• Order or transaction ID and payment date.
• A short description of the problem.
• Screenshots of any error, if available.

4. How we resolve issues

We review your request, check the order with the checkout provider, and reply by email. Where the issue is valid, we may resend files, replace a corrupted file, correct a duplicate charge, or offer another remedy that suits the case. Refunds are processed through the original payment method or the checkout provider.

5. Consumer rights

This policy does not limit any consumer remedy that applies to you by law.
