1. Scope

These terms apply to this website and to the digital product "UPSC Complete Study Material". The seller is Shailendra Kumar. Support: gyanboxpage@gmail.com.

2. Independent educational product

This is an independent educational resource. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or approved by UPSC or any government body. It does not replace the official syllabus or exam notifications. You should follow both.

3. Digital format

The product consists of downloadable digital files, primarily PDFs. No physical books are shipped. You need a compatible device and PDF reader.

4. Pricing and checkout

The offer price shown on the site is a one-time payment. Payment happens on an external checkout provider's page. Check the price shown at checkout before you pay. Provider: SuperProfile.

5. Delivery and access

After purchase you receive a Google Drive link. You can open the files, save them to your own Google Drive, or download them to your device. Keep your own copy of the files. Google Drive is a third-party service that the seller does not control. Future updates are not promised unless the product page states them.

6. Personal-use licence

After purchase you may use the downloaded files for your own personal study. This is subject to the rights that apply to the content supplied. Lifetime access means you may keep and use your downloaded purchased files. It does not include automatic future updates.

7. Restrictions

You must not resell, share, upload, publish, or redistribute the files, in whole or in part, without written permission from the rights holder.

8. Third-party material

Some content may come from third parties. The seller does not claim ownership of material it does not own. Rights holders who have a concern should contact gyanboxpage@gmail.com.

9. No outcome guarantee

The materials are study aids. No exam result, selection, marks, or rank is guaranteed. The seller does not guarantee that the materials cover the full syllabus.

11. Consumer rights

Nothing in these terms removes consumer rights that the law does not allow to be excluded.
